Our purpose.
Earning MBAs, LLBs and BAs doesn't protect women through the most sensitive times of their lives. As moms, we understand the pressure to be great both at home and at work. Often managing work life and home life makes it difficult to be the mom you want to be. To resolve this, we've created an outlet for passionate women to gain purpose and fulfillment from their careers and their home lives. At Maple Organics, we have developed best-in-class organic products that are distributed through our network of talented Consultants.
Everything we've developed, we use - for ourselves, our kids and our homes. Our products stand the most rigorous approvals from Health Canada and adhere to the USDA and Canadian Organic standards. Our Consultants are confident that their small businesses are helping themselves and their clients create healthier families and homes.

Rosy AtwalA successful marketing executive, Rosy has moved across the country, bought new homes, delayed growing her family, all in an attempt to make it all 'work'. But move after move proved less balance for her family values. Spending weeks upon weeks away from her family while witnessing a futile plight for young female business leaders, she hit her breaking point.
Equipped with her MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and experience as a marketing and branding director for lifestyle, nutrition, and CPG corporations for two decades, she worked with Ashley to develop an avenue for women like her in Maple Organics. Rosy has worked on both multi-million dollar international brands and new launches. Her experience extends from global brands like Smirnoff to home grown giants like Nature's Path. |
Ashley WardA self-professed feminist, Ashley believes strongly in the equality of women and men - equality at work, at home, and in society as a whole. Over the course of her career, she has seen far too many women struggle to maintain a full and rewarding home life alongside a challenging and interesting career. Ashley decided to get involved in Maple to provide cleaner, safer personal care products that people would love to use. Equally as important, she wants to remove barriers and provide opportunities for women to create a life that fulfills their potential in every sphere.
Ashley is known for her energy, tenacity, and ability to motivate business leaders to recognize and achieve their full potential. She holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and has spent over a decade coaching, managing, and implementing systems to solve business problems in small and mid-sized businesses throughout North America. |
